Joel Grayson, P.C. is a partner in the firm's real estate, business and litigation practice. He has been in practice for over fifty years. Mr. Grayson represents real estate brokerages, Realtor associations, licensees, developers, contractors, builders, investors, lenders, buyers and sellers. He provides services in all aspects of real estate and business law including planning, transactions, licensing, mediation, arbitration and court matters. Mr. Grayson is a published writer and authors legal columns for local, regional and national newspapers and magazines. He practices in both Oregon and Washington.
